We do not own Customer Data, nor do we determine what data is collected within a customer's workspace. Customers are responsible for determining the legality of the data they process using our Services.

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our Services, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical, and survey purposes.

We do not sell your Personal Data. We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

  • To contractors, service providers, infrastructure partners (e.g., AWS, GCP), and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

Our Services are intended for enterprise businesses and are not structured to attract children. No one under age 16 may provide any information to or on the Website. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated on the Website home page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
